Getting Started
As a Kaapi partner, your organisation will be onboarded by the Kaapi team or one of our delivery partners. The steps below help you get into the platform once that's set up.
As a first-time user
Step 1: Receive your invitation
- Your Kaapi administrator (or a delivery partner) invites your email address.
- You'll receive an invitation email from Kaapi.
Step 2: Activate your account
- Open the invitation email and click the invite link.
- This activates your account and takes you to the sign-in screen.
Invitation link issues
If you see "Invitation link is invalid or has expired", contact Kaapi support for a new link.
Step 3: Sign in
On the login screen, choose one of:
Option 1 — Continue with Google
- Click "Continue with Google".
- Pick the Google account that matches the email your organisation registered.
- You'll be signed in and redirected into the app.
note
If you see "Your Google email isn't assigned to any organization or projects on Kaapi", your Google account doesn't match a registered user — contact Kaapi Support.
Option 2 — Email me a login link (magic link)
- Enter your registered email and click "Send login link".
- Check your inbox for the email from Kaapi.
- Click the link within 15 minutes (links expire after that).
- You'll be signed in and redirected into the app.
Step 4: Start using Kaapi
Once signed in, you'll see your organisation's workspace.
Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Resolution |
|---|---|

| "Login link is invalid or has expired" | Magic links expire after 15 minutes. Request a new one from the login screen. |
| "Invitation link is invalid or has expired" | Ask your administrator to re-send the invite. |
| Session expired while working | Kaapi will sign you out automatically; sign back in to continue. |
